The Earthed Retreat invites you on a profound journey through the elements of your being
– Air, Fire, Water, and Earth – ultimately bringing them into harmony within yourself.
This retreat creates a sacred space for self-discovery, healing, and integration, where body, mind, and heart come together.
Our intention is to open, cleanse, and ground you by releasing old patterns, transforming emotional blockages, and awakening your inner power. Through a carefully designed blend of breathwork, somatic practices, ceremonial rituals, music, plant medicine, and tantric exercises, we guide you on a spiral journey: from letting go, to igniting your personal strength, and finally rooting deeply into the Earth.

THE LOCATION
The Earthed Retreat takes place over 8 transformative days at LA CASA DE CRISTAL a unique, self-sustainable house nestled in the jungles of Tulum, Mexico. Designed to blend seamlessly with nature, the space invites you to slow down, reconnect, and honor the natural rhythms of life. Every corner of LA CASA DE CRISTAL is intentionally crafted to support reflection, embodiment, and ceremony, allowing you to fully immerse in the retreat experience.
Tulum itself is known as a powerful energetic vortex, a place where the ancient Mayan energies meet the natural elements, amplifying spiritual practices, meditation, and healing work. Here, surrounded by the jungle, cenotes, and sacred energies, the retreat provides the perfect environment to release old patterns, awaken inner wisdom, and root deeply into the Earth.
LA CASA DE CRISTAL offers not just a space to stay, but a sanctuary that nurtures transformation, connecting you to the jungle’s life force, the Mayan lineage, and the elemental medicine practices woven throughout the retreat.

The Earthed Retreat is held with the guidance of three devoted women Holi, Carla and Marisol who create and hold a sacred, nurturing space for every participant. Each brings her own unique gifts: from deep spiritual insight and somatic practice, to ceremonial expertise and heart-centered guidance. Together, they support you through every step of the journey, holding space for transformation, healing, and awakening, ensuring that the retreat is a safe container to explore your inner self and connect with the energies of the elements.

A holistic therapist and mentor with a deep connection to spirit and creating brave and transformative spaces for others. A certified Somatic Therapist and Breathwork Practitioner, Holi combines her exploration of somatics, breath and presence with alternative methods of communication. Guiding people to connect deeper to their heart, body, spirit, mind and energetics through a variety of different offerings. She creates transformational, in depth and authentic spaces in which people can wonder deeper into their inner wisdom, truth and authentic expression.
C A R L A
Carla is devoted to guiding others on their journey of reconnecting with the earth, spirit and body. As a mentor, +1500-hour certified yoga teacher and Psychedelic Breath®️ Facilitator, she blends sensual, intuitive and playful elements into the fabric of sacred practice, weaving together Yoga Asanas, Kundalini Kriyas, Breathwork, traditional Tantra, Temple Arts and Embodiment. She has a lifelong connection to nature, nurtured by her mother who is a botanist and over 10 years of exploring alternative healing modalities. In her sessions, she integrates sensual, intuitive and playful elements into her holistic journeys and combines yoga asanas, kundalini kriyas, breathwork, traditional tantra, temple arts, embodiment and ritual work.
M A R I S O L
Marisol is a devoted Ashtanger practitioner, retreat creator, and facilitator of sacred experiences that awaken the soul and reconnect people with their essence. Rooted in deep tradition and years of dedicated practice in Ashtanga yoga, pranayam, and earth medicine, she weaves together ancient wisdom, embodied ritual, and heartfelt presence. Her work is an invitation to return home to the body, to remember what it means to live with intention, devotion, and awareness. Through her retreats and ceremonial gatherings, Marisol creates spaces of transformation and the divine connection that unites all beings.
